Document Certification Service

Certified copies for university-related purposes can be issued free of charge by 麻豆官网鈥檚 (LUH) document certification service.
Certified copies can be provided only for documents originally issued by LUH or for use at LUH.

To issue a certified copy, we require the following documents:

the original certificate or document
a photocopy of the certificate or document to be certified

Appointments for the issuing of certified copies are available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

You will generally be given your certified copy directly.

Please be sure to make an appointment if you wish to have a document certified.
